Adel worked closely with me in building the Lenovo smartphone category in the MEA region. Adel’s most striking abilities are his exceptional organizational, time management and analytical skills. He navigated his way around problems with available resources and found solutions to challenging issues we came upon, as setting up smartphone business. Also, his ability to put a detailed plan with clear operational KPI’s has been instrumental in delivering results in the region. I had the pleasure of working with Adel for close to three years, throughout, he was a hard worker with commitment to quality and deadlines. He is detailed and I appreciated his agility – I seem to recall him coming up with creative ideas to handle certain situations with our client’s finance departments. I was also impressed with Adel’s handle of tools such as MS Excel and others and his ability to effectively use these tools to present complex financial information. I also relied on his quarterly reports that analyzed the data presented and reflected on past performances.
